2026年1月、インドネシアのバンドンで、川崎市が実施するバンドン川崎下水道プロジェクトのラップアップセミナーが開催され、当社もかわさき水ビジネスネットワークの一員として参加しました。
バンドン市役所で、水資源や住宅、環境を所掌する部局とバンドン水道公社、水関連企業を集めたセミナーで、大島から水資源が限られるバンドン市においては継続的な漏水対策を行うことにより、水資源を節約できるだけでなく、水道公社の経営も改善できることを、水道公社でのパイロットプロジェクトの事例を紹介しつつ説明しました。
プレゼンテーションの反響は大きく、水資源が枯渇してきていることの危機意識から無修水対策が必須であると、市担当者や民間企業からコメントがあり、当社の技術に期待が寄せられました。
バンドン水道公社にも、かわさき水ビジネスネットワークのメンバーとともに訪問し、当社は同公社での漏水調査と技術トレーニングの実施について確認しました。
In January 2026, the wrap-up seminar for the Bandung–Kawasaki Sewerage Project implemented by Kawasaki City was held in Bandung, Indonesia, and STS participated as a member of the Kawasaki Water Business Network.
A number of Parties in Bandung, which are the departments responsible for water resources, housing, and the environment, Perumda, and water-related companies, attended at a seminar at Bandung City Hall.
Mr. Oshima presented —using examples from a pilot project at Perumda—that in Bandung, where water resources are limited, implementing continuous leakage countermeasures can not only conserve water resources but also improve Perumda’s management.
The presentation received a strong response. City officials and private companies commented that non-revenue water (NRW) measures are essential given the growing sense of crisis over dwindling water resources, and they expressed high expectations for our technology.
We also visited Perumda together with members of the Kawasaki Water Business Network, and confirmed the implementation of leak investigation and technical training at Perumda.
